With custom orders, the turnaround time starts once the final mockup is approved. The time spent discussing designs and making revisions is separate because I can't order materials or begin production until the design is finalized.

RUSH ORDER POLICY
Rush orders requiring a 1–2 week turnaround are subject to a $150 expedited production fee.
This fee covers priority production and does not include shipping costs. Shipping will be calculated separately based on the selected delivery method.
Rush orders are subject to availability and must be approved before payment. The production timeline begins once payment and final design approval have been received.
Please note that expedited production does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Shipping transit times are separate from production time
