Politique d’expédition

Due to high order volumes please allow 4-7 weeks for all preorders to begin shipping! Delays in weather and holidays can affect this time frame. Please not that the fabric takes 2 weeks to be made as it is woven (if purchasing tapestry products) Everything is hand made! and made to order (nothing is in stock unless stated differently) please advice the time it takes to make as well as ship. Production time is different from shipping. Please be patient. Everything is made to order by hand. Please be aware that everything is for pre-order nothing is on hand unless stated. Production time is 4-7 weeks and may pass the production time. Once shipped you will receive tracking info.

Fabric time 
Please be advised the material is woven, and takes up to 2 weeks to become finished 

Lost and stolen packages 

If your tracking number states your package has been delivered but you cannot find it USPS and UPS states you can file a claim after the expected delivery date and time.​

The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Yasmin Alexis Studios is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic event
